Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and confirm whether the issue qualifies under our quality guarantee.
4. Once approved, the product must be returned to us.
5. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refund Amount

If a manufacturing defect or quality issue is confirmed:

• You will receive a full refund of the product price.
• Only applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
• No additional deductions will be made from the product price.
